Claim paid, happy client

Azhar, thank you so much for helping me with my warranty claim. As a women i dont always understand specifics on a car, my mechanic was not that helpful in explaining anything to me but Azhar was super helpful, he told me to add on the "Bettercar" to my warranty so that i can use new parts when claiming in the future, which he explained will be better for my car in the long run. Always nice to come across people in customer service that genuinely is looking out for a persons best interest. My claim was paid and my car is now sorted. Happy me.
