Claim issues

My car had a machanical breakdown while I was driving it and as soon as I not that,I drove it straight to registered RMI for diagnosis, they discovered that clutch was the issue. On my policy document, clutch is covered for R10 000 and it is stated that for wear and tear,50% of the cost may be covered but as soon as I put in a claim,it was rejected within 10 minutes, reason behind is that car is not maintained. One of the policy conditions is that a car must be fully serviced and taken to service on time,which is what I have been doing and even provided evidence. I am not sure what kind of maintenance are they talk about but I believe they are avoiding to pay,this is not the first time,I once claimed for tyres and it was the same issue. I moved to Motorvamps because I was convinced how good it is,I have warranty and tyre policy with them, that is how much I believed and trusted them but I'm disappointed
