Claim

My Husband took a service plan with these ****** in March 2019 and was advised that after 8months he'll be fully covered for car servicing... boom 9th month we put in a claim then we are told that they'll only pay 30% of the service and we also had to pay in R1200. Funny enough on the 23rd of Dec the dealer sent through a quotation to them and they said everything is in order and we should bring/ take the car in for service today the 30th of Dec. When we get there the dealer calls Motorvaps to confirm then they came with a different 30% story. We are so cancelling this policy. They are ******!!!
