Cancellation clauses are misrepresented

Took out this policy because my motor plan expired. After I bought a new car, I did not need the policy any more. Trying to cancel the policy is a nightmare. They just keep deducting my account. they want me to pay almost R3000 in cancellation fees, but they cannot explain how the fee is calculated , or that I had agreed to the fee before going into contract with them
