Cancelation of policy

I don't normally write bad reviews but this is probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Why is it so hard to cancel my policy. They don't answer their phones, when you finally get through to them they cant answer your questions. They promised me an email with all the documents they need from me to cancel but nothing yet.

Pathetic customer service and experience.
