Calls not getting answered + Bad servicing = Motor vaps.

Motor vaps, is the ANC of the insurance industry. Terrible service to paying customers. I called so many times to get some simple service for my vehicle, and not only did i not get a person on the line after 9 tried (No exaggerations), but i finally got a person, who hanged up on me. Exciting times.
