Brilliant Service

So my car was due for a service and i was over my 15,000km and running already in my grace kms but not even in my 10 month period due to change in my driving pattern. I consulted Motorvaps who at first probably did not understand my situation and wanted to charge me extra but after clarifying everything the consultant was of great assistance and called me back the next day for follow-up and ensuring that i was sorted out.

My car was serviced the next day and i was happy with the service delivery.

So once again i can praise GOD for service delivery from Motorvaps.

some clients find it difficult because they sometimes don't understand their policy wording or don't read it or they don't clarify their situation.
