Brilliant Service

I wish to bring to your attention with regards to the absolutely efficient service I received from one of your employees Tarryn this morning. It is so refreshing in this day and age to get an employee who is so willing to go the extra mile and make a customer’s life so much easier by taking the time to explain everything so well and without it sounding as if it was an effort to do so. Her communication s****s are excellent. I truly believe she is a huge asset to your company and I trust that she will be commended for her attention to detail and taking the initiative and not just seeing this as a “job” as so many people do these days in the call centres I have had dealings with. Not only was I impressed with her huge knowledge of the product plan but I was really impressed when I advised her that I had a problem in that I would be going over my kilometres and she went the extra mile to speak to the claims department and arrange for them to grant me leeway on this. This has truly been an amazing experience dealing with Tarryn and Motorvaps and I will definitely be recommending them to all my colleagues, friends and family! Kind regards Hayley
