bad service and rude bunch of consultants

i have never dealt with a bunch of *********** stuff ****** i have a service plan with the company which i have been paying for they covered my four service each service i had to fight them only disclosing new conditions every time i have to claim now they covered my last service and they want me to continue paying the service plan but they not gonna cover why should I their customer service is very very bad i want nothing to do with motorvap.
