Bad service and ******s

<p>Policy no ********** i took this motor warranty with Siseko I asked him several times about the things that are covered in this warranty and when and how to claim.he told me that if my car has a mechanical problem and electrical problem or something breaks in the car they will pay for the repairs. He even made an example " if I drive into a porthole and something breaks in my car they will pay for the repairs I must just take my car to a RMI/RIM approved work shop or mechanics .now I had a problem I drove into a porthole after a day or 2 my air-conditioning stopped blowing I am not sure if its because I drove into a porthole. I went to 5 places I told them I have this warranty with motovaps surprisingly they didn't eve want to check what could be the problem they said they don't like to work with motorvaps because there's always stories when they have to pay for the claims.if I want them to check I must pay R 495 just to check because they know motorvaps will find a way of not aprooving the claim.they even told me that I am just waisting my money with this warrant.I called motorvaps no one answered the foun.I sent an email Anro rep**** " as per the policy your are not covered for the damaged cause by a road accident this is not a comprehensive insurance therefore a repair like this will be for your account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so furious I rep**** "then tell your sales people not to give people incorrect information please listen to the conversations we had with Siseko.then he forwarded the email to Siseko.</p> <p> </p> <p>Siseko is the guy who helped me to take this warranty I have been calling him and sending him email he never bothered to respond I wanted him to correct my km that he wrote in the documents he emailed me but he never respond because he saw my debit orders went through so now after they took my money I'm no longer his problem</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Siseko on the 8 November after I got the email from Anro,I told him my problem I even reminded him that he told me that if I drove into a porthole and my something gets damaged they will pay for the damages.he told me to go to the RMI.Rim approved mechanics and ask them to call motorvaps.I told him I am not gonna go there again he must give me a list of the places that they normally work with so that I don't waste my time and petrol going to these places and be told that they don't want to work with motorvaps. Since today he has not sent me the list or call me to tell me where to take my car to.the next day I sent him an email reminding him about the list he is suppose to send me he did not reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am sitting with a problem and the took my money.I should have used that money for something else or saved it for my clildren .I am so angry.people should be informed about these ******s.I will go to the news papers and tell them to warn people about this motorvaps</p>
