Bad service and dishonest from motorvaps

Hi all I joined the service plan motorvaps last year April first they did not send me the policy until September when they have to pay for the service. I was not told that they don't cover the v-belt, I had to pay it out of my pocket I had a fight with them and I requested a cancelation of which I did not cancel anymore. They continued deducting the payment every month since last year September after the 1st service no one has called me to tell me if there's a problem with my profile now i want to service the car again they telling the vw dealer that there's a discrepancy on my profile they will call me and they don't call no answer their phones.
