Bad Service

I had a body maintanance cover with motorvaps for scraches and dents when i claimed it was rejected because of the reasono of the scratch and in their contract they dont state that they cover or not cover under what conditions or cause of the scratch/dent i was dealing with Quinten i then took it up with their superiors because their reasoning fo rejection was sensless even quoted clauses in their contract to backup why im declining the rejection the senior person i took this up with name Dirk then told me i need to get VW approved repair quote and was furious becasuse the claims consultant i dealt with Quinten didnt mention this he let me go around looking for quotes then reject the claim without even notifying me that they also needed VW approved quotation, Theres no VW approved close to me and the one i had as about R1000 more that what they can pay then i decided to cancell and aske them to send confirmation of cancellation . all im saying is motorvaps is bad and worce when it comes to claiming they dont deliver at all they look for all the reason not to pay you i've had scraches cover before but non treated me the way the did, now they dont want to send cancellation proo
