Bad relationship with MOTORVAPS ( CAM BELT )

I was never informed that I will be responsible to pay for the cam belt of my car, the company started in 2019 and I tooked out a service and motor warranty at them but canceled the warranty plan cause they told me that they could cover me for what I needed... so now I suddenly got the email where they say my cars cam belt is not covered where they said in 2019 I will be cover for all minor or major services ...never have I ever tought I will have bad this to say about MOTORVAPS
