Avoid claims

Do not ever partner with motor vaps. I had a service plan , tyre and rim plan and a cosmetic plan with them. I first wanted to claim on the tyre and rim plan, surprisingly they told me it was cancelled without even sending me an email about it. Then i had to use their service plan, they now told me that they pay a certain portion of my service and i had to pay the balance, also was never mentioned when i took out the plan. Wanted to cancell the service plan, they told me that i have to pay a cancellation fee of R1200, who wud have taken a plan that has a clause like that if they knew. Then i lastly tried to use their cosmetic plan to claim for the glass potion of my mirror, they told me they dont cover it wher as when i was given the plan i specifically asked them if they also cover the glass of the mirror. Even on windscreens, they will only assist you only if you have a crack maybe that is blocking you vision. Who wud take a plan with these guys if they knew all of this???
