Absolutely useless service provider

Sale was completed within a few hours from requesting a call. Countless emails later and still no policy documents, request to cancel not actioned. Absolutely disgusting level of service. Total disregard to clients. Maybe via this platform this policy will be canceled and who knows just maybe I'll receive a refund as well.
