Absolute ****, with no service

Motorvaps is probably the worst motor warranty to purchase. After paying them an accumulated amount of over R38k over the past 3 years, my first claim has been labelled "wear and tear" even after a qualified mechanic of over 20 years found it to be part failure. Someone behind a computer who probably doesn't know the difference between the dipstick and the exhaust thought that they should save their company some money and concluded that parts only break through wear and tear, and never part failure. Wear and tear parts are covered in regular services which were done on time EVERYTIME by recommended RMI workshops to KEEP the same warranty valid to keep collecting premiums and not paying out.

I'm typing this while waiting on a call for 45mins and counting, waiting to speak with a representative.
