Abhorrent Behavior

The past 2 years with Mutual and Federal Motorvaps has been a disaster and stressful, every time I have to book my car for service I'm being advised my policy is outstanding. Today at 11:15 I called because I want to book my car for service, I was advised to pay R311 because I was outstanding 1 month. They will then debit in July

Now at 11:40 I get a call from a lady and she says I am outstanding 2months, she said Dec 2022 was a rejection and in April they did not deduct because they had technical issues, during that period no one called or emailed me to arrange payment. I have never had a relationship with such an *********** and unprofessional company like Mutual and Federal.

The fact that I had to call and was advised falsely is very disappointing, their service appalling and extremely unpleasant
