<p>My car was overheating and it went in for a quote. Two weeks later I contacted Motorvaps to complain about the whole process. I had in hand 2 quotations. </p> <p>Quinten and his team apologized for the poor communication and spoke with the garage who actually were the cause of the delays. They didnt relent until the garage had done the job properly. </p> <p> I am really thankful that they didnt looking at my claim as just a number. </p> <p>Thumbs up to All at Motorvaps. </p>
