2 hour wait in queue for nothing

<p>Waited 2 hours in the queue the other day only to be told that I needed to `complete the green forms' and then come back to the woman who helped me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yet that meant, wait in a 3 hour queue...</p> <p> </p> <p>Why couldn't you tell your customers BEFORE so that they don't waste time ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
