My insurer is not coming through for my claim

I submitted a claim more than 3 months ago and no one has communicated, i was told that they are waiting for the response from the insurer (Constantia). They just don't care, I did follow up but no one cares to respond to my emails but they keep eating my money. I have been driving a car with a huge dent since July because of these guys!
