Insurance bullies

To say the service at MotorSure Direct is terrible is an understatement! This company debited me R68 in Jan 2020 & I called to find out why was my whole premium to collected, they said its a system error they than later in the month tried to debit my account and the debit order was returned and they cancelled my policy. I am without insurance currently because of them, I have called in countless times and they promise to call me back to resolve my query but it never happens. The last consultant I spoke to was Jacqueline, they later got their sales team to re-quote and the quotation was a R1000 more. I want my policy reinstated or pay me back all my monthly contributions since inception of this policy.
