I have been with MotorSure direct for a number of years now, there's been some ups and downs but mostly a decent service . The service received from the employees are good. I commend Shereleen Billie for always assisting me in my enquiries and with changes to my policy time and time again. This consultant/employee displays excellent telephone etiquette, manners, politeness and professionalism . She is ever ready to go the extra mile to assist when I am In need of clarification of details or if I am not happy with what's being offered in terms of the product in question at the time .
