Claim not paid and bad service

I have never experienced such a horrible service, It has been over a month when I submitted my claim. When I make a follow up and phone the claim line is never answered. They keep on telling me that the claim has been loaded but there is no turn around time for payments, they are waiting for the insurer. I am even wondering if this is an existing company
