Bad Insurance service

Good day, Its come to my attention whenever I want to find out changes or increased premiums on policy I send a mail to the relevant person I was told to send. This person just never replies to me or the ones I cc on the mail I added my cells phones and laptop, tablet till today its not added on my policy and I send a mail to query it before logging a claim till today no response my premium on my policy have been increased twice or trice for the year no can come back to me to advise why.

So I need to know what to do in this matter cause I don't like hopping from one insurance to another. I want my premium put back the way it was with my last conversation I had with the manager and if there is increases I need to be informed.
