Money paid at dealership but now being ignore, Beware.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity at this dealership. In November, I dealt with a representative named Japhet Molele on-site for a vehicle purchase. I was promised help with my application and paid a R6110,00 deposit. Not only was the car never delivered, but Japhet is now completely ignoring my calls and messages after making multiple false promises to refund my money. When I spoke to the manager, Fayaaz Tayob, he tried to distance the dealership from the situation by calling Japhet a 'freelancer,' even though all business was conducted on their premises. This was clearly done under false pretenses. I have all the proof, including Bolt receipts of my visits and my bank POP. I am moving on for my own peace, but I want to warn others: do not pay any money here until you are 100% sure, as they do not take responsibility for their representatives' actions.
