don't want to refund

I have bought a high pressure pump for my bmw 320 d for R9000.00 at motorspec turfroad johannesburg the pump was not working so I returned the pump to the company I was promised my refund the next day 4 weeks later still nothing I made several phonecalls just empty promises I send e-mails to the owner Tarek Elnashar but no reply , I think it is bad service I still waiting for my money back
