Shocking service Motorsonic

Replaced my2007 audi oem sound system with a bluetooth hands free system. I now have hands free but the worst radio reception. Been back 3 times, each time left my car a full day. Each time told it was sorted but its still shocking. I doubt they even tested it. Used to be a top quality business, never going back !
