Motors & more bad services

Me as a mechanic depend on my suppliers this time of the year to assist and help satisfy client and generate money for our business but yesterday i order a part from Motors & more Newton Park ask them will the part be here tomorrow yes yes they confirm get there today to collect the part they just said it didnt arrive now I must wait till January, so I ask them to refund my money that will also take place next year now my client is not happy because he has to lay out money to hire a vehicle to do he job!!!. This is very unprofessional of M&M. And putting us mechanics in a bad position at this time of year
