Worst panel beater ever

My husband had a car accident in 2021 and still to date the car is still at the panel beater. We have had no joy in getting service from this panel beater from ever since we paid him. The panel beater keeps making excuses every time that he has to work on the car, the car has been standing there and he has no care what so what of the consequences that we will suffer due to the car not being mobile for so long. There are parts that are wearing out and he only finds out whenever he attempts to work on the car (I know nothing about cars but I am pretty sure that after such a long time of the car not being mobile there are parts that are bound to wear out. I feel that this panel beater is taking us for granted and disrespects us now that he doesn't need our money, what he cares about now is working on cars that he will be getting money from. Not once have we found them working on the car whenever we go to see progress. This panel beater is *********** and knows nothing about offer good service to his customer, if he couldn't work on the car he should have told us from the get go so that we can find someone who is capable. The last time we heard from him was four weeks ago when we called him to make follow-ups and he told my husband that the car is going in for painting and three weeks after we tried to call him and he didn't take our calls. This has being a stressful time in our lives and we would not recommend this panel beater to anyone who wants their car fixed on time or someone that wants awesome service.
