Poor servise/No after service

They have supp**** us with a motor that is not the correct motor for the vehicle. The mounting is not correct and there is an issue with all the fittings on the motor not lining up with the old motors parts. Diagnostics can also not be done as the motor is not connecting to the diagnostic machine and they will not accept liability for supplying us with the correct motor. Please do not use them for your next motor as you will just be frustrated and there are no after service whatsoever. They also dont listen to you and drop the phone in your ear evertime you want to sort out problems. Also do not reply to mails send to them to try and resolve the issues.
