Motors and more pathatic ****s

I bought a motor of a Hyundai tucson from them. They sold me an engine with a hole after they said tbeir products go tbrough inspection by their technicians. Iv spent thousands of rands on courier because they wont take responsibility for anything. I will not forgive how Fabian Padayache whos a manager at port elizabeth branch laughed at my face and shouted "you will get your money TOMORROWWW" how disgusting and pathatic for a customer service. Thst was the 4th April 2023 until today i havnt received a cent from them. They refered me to their headoffice in cape Town which is as useless. I want my R19 900 so i never have to deal with these ****** ever in my life.
