Motors and More Gqebega PATHETIC!

Worst service ever! Good and friendly before spending your hard earned money. I'm still waiting for my refund 2 months later after returning a faulty engine. They promised a refund after they could not get me a replacement. Ronald is the salesman, accounts, manager, owner, client services, complaints department all in one. Claims he cannot help me because the company is overseas based. Basically I must live with the over R25k loss. I'm now spending more money on attorneys just to get my money back. Absolute ****mers. Worst experience ever! Utter unproffesionalism and incompetence by Ronald and this company. Refuses to provide any alternative contact people, claims he knows no one else's contacts in the business and that there's no escalation or complaints process, nor client services. No care or urgency at all, 8 weeks down the line. Pathetic!
