spare key don't don't work and window is damaged

I bought a ford figo from motormid middelburg 5weeks ago, my spare key don't work and I reported it the same day I bought reseve the car and call them plenty of times and it seem thay dont want to fix it also my drivers side window is damaged it dont want to roll up properly.
