Motorlease's Imtiaz is the Most Disrespectful and Rude Individual I Have Ever Come Across

Imtiaz from Motorlease was the appointed inspector sent out to view my car after I put it for sale and received a finance application from the buyer. Imtiaz was exceptionally rude throughout the process, from his phone calls to his lack of response to email correspondence, to his condescending and downright disrespectful attitude when he arrived. I greeted him with no response, not even eye contact. He then launched into his questions which I answered without hesitation. After explaining something about the information one can get from the VIN of a BMW by simply calling any BMW dealer, he got even more upset. I was trying to tell him that this information was not private and could be obtained by anyone with the VIN, not just the owner (although I did say that I would happily obtain whatever information he required). He continually interrupted me, and finally began to make eye contact, albeit in a threatening manner. I had followed all of his requests, supp**** all documentation he sook, and answered all his questions without any hesitation. I arrived at the agreed upon time too, so his behaviour was completely uncalled for, but instead of behaving in a professional manner, he told me how he does not check his emails in the morning and that it was my responsibility to double check with him that he had received all the requested documents. He then insulted my financial position, bluntly assuming that I needed him to sell my car. This coming from a guy who was unshaven, disrespectful, and only decided to put his mask on after I got out of my car wearing one. He became threatening and eventually stormed off in his car. I am a very calm individual and I do not have a short fuse at all, but this volatile gentleman appears to be the exact opposite of me and seemed to have the express goal of insulting me. Imtiaz, you are a disgrace to the motoring industry, and I am exceptionally disappointed that someone like you has a job when others who may actually appreciate employment and the opportunity to provide a living do not. Unprofessionalism as a definition in the dictionary should have a photo of this man's face.
