Received wrong cart part but supp**** VIN number and supplier refusing to take back the part

I went to Peugout for parts, looking for a breathe pipe with VIN number I supp**** they could not find on the computer, they made calls asking no luck. They asked me to forward a Pic to a number they gave me, I sent the picture. They ordered the part and I made payment. Received call to collect on arrival I told the guy that this is not the same pipe he insisted that I send to mechanic to see. The pipe was wrong still sealed. Sent it back to Peugeot sealed and with the invoice they did not accept the part now I am stuck with this pipe but most of all I want my money back.
