No Service

My 3 year old car went to have rust removed and came back with blotches of silver standing out totally different from the colour of the car and the workmanship seems like it could have been done by a child. We have had the vehicle back for 3 months now and Motorland is aware of the problem and all we get us we will phone you back or the person is not in the office. I was in the car when my husband phoned the lady dealing with the vehicle and she said she could not remember which goes to show that there are so many vehicles coming back that they cannot remember each and every one. I am beyond frustrated now and my husband gets the worst of it as he should never have taken the vehicle in that condition. It has been to C and G for repairs from the sliding gate and really their workmanship is absolutely fantastic. Tired of trying to get this sorted out. We also took a policy out for dents and scratches, what a waste of money as not one scratch was polished out. Sad, very sad after paying cash for a vehicle.
