Bought a Toyota bakkie

On 2nd April i bought a second hand car at Motorland in Cambridge Street East London and i left it in my garage at went for Easter holiday when i came back the engine didnt start. I boosted the battery as i was of the opinion that it's because it stayed for a week without being used. It did this for the second and third time in all these times i addressed this problem with the dealers and they confirmed that the car was taken for check before being sold but later it turned out to be battery and finally they replaced it after a long fight.<br> On 17 July i got stuck on my way from Kirkwood in the middle of no where and it just showed a red battery sign on the dashboard and it overheat i called the salesman who told me that he is with his family. I then arranged my insurance to tow me to the nearest dealer. The amount to be paid is R6800 i refer the matter to motirite who promised to pay only R1000 as in terms of their policy they pay that amount for the part. <br> I enquired from the dealer is it correct to buy a car within 3 months it broke as if i bought as is as Toyota told me that the problem was due to warnout of the part.
