Wrong service plan
Hi,<br> <br> My mom bought a car from the dearler sitting on 85 000KM on the clock, and the dealer advised her to open extended sercise plan with motorite which it was suppose to start covering from 90 000KM. Now the car is at GM waiting to be serviced and motorite does not want to authorise, telling us that they only agreed to cover from 105 000KM. How can you want to skip a 90 000KM service and start from 105 000KM. We have all prove of last 75 000KM and that the car was bought with 85 000KM. We have 2 cars covered under this company and everything was fine but only now.
