Worst Service Ever _ Refusing to pay Claim
A claim was logged on the 11 August 2015 for Motorite to payout for the damages on the car and they advised that VW should strip the car so that they send an Assessor, but until now they have not sent the assessor and when I follow on the claim they say the service history is incomplete, of which VW has sent a complete service book and invoices for services. <br> <br> Now they even refusing that they actually instructed vw to strip the car. <br> <br> Motorite is actually refusing to pay for a Legit Claim.

Dear Sir,
Our records indicate that the claim in contention was officially lodged with Motorite on the 14 August 2015. Part of the claims administration process is for Motorite to obtain the vehicles updated service record in order for us to validate your policy. We have established from our Claims department that this has now been received - they are however still awaiting a failure report from your preferred repairer. Please note that Motorite has not authorized the repairer to strip your vehicle as we do not have the authority to do so. Our claims department will contact the repairer to follow up on the outstanding information thereafter your claim will be administrated further, in accordance with the policy terms and conditions.
