Worst service ever
Worst service ever, I've taken rim and tyre policy through Wesbank and I've tried to make a claim 15 Dec 2020 but the claim process is do frustrating I ended up paying for my tyre even when I'm insured for this. Again today 26/04/2020 the agent at kunene tried to make a claim as I have a tyre issue but even now no response have been send to authorize this claim. I am frustrated and furious at the same time
