WORST SERVICE!
Worst service delivery and incompetence that I have ever experienced!
Customer experience at an all time low.
I am taking steps to cancel as we speak! Mind you ive only had this plan for 4 days, and I am already unhappy, upset!

18 Oct 2019, 14:51The only thing you care about is yourselves. There is no customer service. I said this to one of the managers as well. She was so busy trying to tell me how she followed procedure and ALL she can to assist me. You are so busy trying to prove your innocence, at no point did you try and fid out what ACTUALLY happened. Its pathetic. What happened yesterday was the worst thing I have ever experienced. But the only thing you care about is that you serviced my car? Nevermind the fact that I had to find with everyone, before my car was even touched. That is not how its supposed to be. You guys are supposed to make my life easier, but you did the exact opposite! PATHETIC
