Worst company ever!!!
I phoned in to claim for a breakage on my car and was advise its not covered. My argument was the part is part of the engine so it needs to be covered non the less I had to take the money out of my pocket I then told them please to cancel my policy as its not beneficial to myself. I phoned in today to confirm how far you guys are with my cancellation. The consultant (Genevieve) was very rude and have no people skills. She was not listhening to me at all every time I requested to speak to a Manager she tried changing the topic. I then was transferred to Phindile the person that helped me from the start. But she wasn't really helping she never disclosed to me that should I cancel the policy that I will be liable for the remainder as you guys are only paying the pro rata. So not only are you *****ing clients when they join you but when they leave you as well. I never submitted a claim and I only started paying my installment on the 25th of Dec 2015. So I cant see how you calculate to only pay back R4800 from a full payout to you guys of R8000. On my way to the Ombudsman with this.

The claim in contention as you mentioned, this for your vehicles gearbox mounting is unfortunately not a covered component by the said policy and was duly rejected in line with the policy terms and conditions thereof. The voice recordings of the conversations held between yourself, Jenavieve and Phindile were audited and no discrepancies were found in the communications thereof. In the event of the Warranty being cancelled, commissions and costs are deducted from the premium leaving a balance, which is paid out on a pro-rata basis dependent on the unexpired period of the Warranty - this too is mentioned in the Policy terms and conditions. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of this matter, you are at liberty to seek further recourse that is available to you.
