Well done

Before I took out my policy/maintenance plan with Motorite, I looked at Hellopeter (as I do with any new company I deal with). There where lots of negative reviews. I decided to contact the dealer that serviced my car while it was still on the manufacturer maintenance plan. Three VW dealerships I called, gave them the thumbs up on their maintenance plan option which is what I wanted. I went ahead and signed up based on their comments. When you take out a plan like this, check what it covers and understand what you can claim for. Don't expect a service plan to cover what a maintenance plan does. My car went in for its scheduled service and all costs where covered. Recently, there was a failure on the steering wheel. The connection between the steering wheel and the car failed. Horn, airbag and all steering wheel functions failed. This was repaired at no cost to me. I am impressed with their cover on the maintenance plan. Their authorization to the dealer for repairs was quick with no delays. Well done.
