Warranty claim not covered
i was driving my car from home and then it switched off without any warning. I then called the motor warranty and ask them the way forward, they said i need to send the car to an RMI registered service centre and they will check the vehicle and submit a claim. i did so and sent the car to Bosch service centre at which they found that the welch plug had popped out of the cylinder head that caused the car to over heat, which also over heated the engine, motorite authorised for the vehicle to be stripped to find the faults. on the 07/07/2015 and accesor was sent out to bosch serv centre to asses the car. the total quote to repair the car was was approx 72K. of which motorite only authroised to pay R3000 and this amount was authorised due to the welch plug being worn out. i spoke to Bosch service centre and they said that they cant understand why motorite would say that the welch plug had been worn out because there were no holes on the plug it popped out of place. I am paying for this warranty and yet it wont cover for major parts of the car. this is unacceptable, the service is terrible and the consultants are rude. spoke to a consultant by the name of JADE.

Please note that Motorite does not authorize repairers to strip and quote but rather inform all repairers to obtain the policy holders permission to strip and quote. Your vehicle was independently assessed and it was confirmed that the cause of failure was a worn out welch plug which had come loose, causing all the engine coolant to run out, resulting in the engine overheating. The cause of the welch plug coming adrift can be contributed to metal fatigue. Based on the information provided to us - the overheating benefit was paid out in line with the policy terms and conditions. Motorite remains of the opinion that your claim was administered correctly.
