VW Tiguan Swak diens
My VW Tiguan het op 5de Des 2014 gebreek vat hom CEV Motors (VW PMG) toe hlle bel Motorrite se hulle betaal nie vir foutsporing nie dis vir die klient se rekening. Volkswagen bel my ek se dis reg hul kan die fout soek ek sal rekening betaal. Hul kry fout dit is toe die Valve no 2 wat gebreek het en in die engine geval het, en die engine binne beskadig head en die pistons is ook beskadig. Carl Coetzer van CEV bel motorrite op die 11 Des 2014 en se die kostes vir \n nuwe engine is R153042.79 motorrite se hulle betaal net R30.000 hulle bel my en ek se wel waar gaan ek die geld kry kan hul nie net die engine reg maak nie nee hulle moet hom vervang. Ek moet weer betaal om 'n Lowbed tehuur om die kar gaan haal by CEV Motors want Mottorrite se hulle betaal ook nie vir dit nie voor hul nie seker is hul gaan die eis betaal nie. Praat weer met Motorrite hulle se ek moet die voertuig by MRI inge****rakteurde handelaar kry praat met Allan Mc Gill weer vir my eie rek hulle betaal nie die low bed nie nou staan die voertuig weer van Feb af by PM Auto in PMG assessor gaan kyk na voertuig weer 'n storie wil nou weer Injektors toets ek moet betaal hoekom het ek dan die polis gaan hulkar regmaak?"

The product that forms the basis of this complaint is a mechanical breakdown warranty which provides cover for the failure of specified mechanical and electrical components subject to the policy terms and conditions whereby the applicable limits of liability apply. Our records indicate that your both repairers could not determine the cause of failure which resulted in the vehicles cylinder head cracking. The vehicle was independently assessed and it was decided to have the injectors tested as there was evidence of increase in the combustion chamber temperatures. In terms of this policy - the cause of failure determines the applicable benefit and at this stage the cause of failure has not been established. Unfortunately the policy does not cover for diagnostics and furthermore the towing costs can only be refunded up to the limits of liability once we have established that this is a valid claim. We trust that explanation now clarifies.
