VERY MUCH *********
NEVER EVER OPT FOR THIS POLICY THEY ARE VERY CRUEL TO TELL ME TO DRIVE 300KM WITHOUT A SPAREWHEEL IN ORDER TO GET A SPAREWHEEL.
WHAT A JOKE AND MIND YOU THERE ARE TYRE SPECIALISTS IN MY LOCATION.

It is unfortunate that the nearest Tiger Wheel and Tyre is quite a distance from your area.
However, the tyre specialist that you referred us to was not on our panel of repairers.
Management offered further assistance due to such where it was advised that we would assist with a pay owner refund.
Thereafter you requested a refund of premiums and the cancellation process begun.
All our rights remain reserved herein. We will therefore reserve further comment on this matter as I believe that we have adequately addressed your complaint.
