********* company,with misguiding business practice.Took out a motorplan in August 2019 after being called "on behalf of wesbank"I informed them i dont drive a vehicle very long and was told i can cancell the policy at any time but if i had claims in the period i will only recieve a pro rata refund.So in january 2020 i cancelled the policy as i have sold the vehicle,i had no claims and they charged R16 000 odd rand for the policy on my settlement,now after 5 months that the policy was active they only refund me R9700 odd rand?????How is this fair against me the consumer?i phoned in and asked for the voice recording of the tele sale but they are not sending it to me,as soon as i can find the correct OMBUDSMAN i am taking the matter further,they kept/stole more than R7000 from me,excluding the instalment i paid on the policy,i paid R7000 for 5 months cover with NO CLAIMS????????I would please advise and urge any member of the public to stay away from this company,if they phone you just drop the call,if you buy a vehicle from a dealer and get offered a maintenance plan or warranty from this company think twice,and read the reviews on hello peter first..
