Unable to cacel policy

I was sold an extended service plan on Friday after they have called me a hundred times,but I realized that I realized that I really don't need this product.I called on Monday to get this cancelled only to be sent from pillar to post and have me running in circles.I sent emails to them and no one responds to the emails.Eventually, the guy that sold me the policy told me that he's cancelled the policy and asked him to cc me on those emails he's talking about so i can see for myself that he did send this to the cancellation department, I never received any mail. Tuesday I do a follow up only to be told that they can't find my policy on their system and want to transfer me to another number.After 2nd attempts the lady I speak to surprisingly finds the policy and tells me she will send me cancellation forms and gives me a policy number which I never had in the first place. This company seems ***** and trying to resolve an issue proves to be a nightmare,and they don't wanna help you at all.They frustrate you on purpose thinking that you'll go away and they keep taking your money
