Tyre claim poorly handled
The Past two weeks I submitted a claim for Tyre damaged by an object. I submitted all documents required but now I got an email from Motorite that the claim has been canceled because they didn't receive all documents which is a ****.
I submitted an a quote from a repair but they said that repair or dealer doesn't not respond to them but that can't be my problem instead using other alternatives to assist me, they tell me about the dealer who doesn't response.
This people of Motorite are just unprofessional and useless sies.
