True and rim insure failed me as a customer m

I joined a tyre and rim insure.When i joined they did not explain that its going to expire after 2 years and that i am going to continue paying even after it expires.I had a tyre burst yesterday and needed to claim since they ate debiting from my account ans i have never made a claimed with them.When i calles in to make a claim i qqa told that the cover expired lady year May and i was notified via sms.Id i knew that it was expiring i would have changed my tires before it expire as my back tyres were not in hood condition.I did not receive that sms or email informinge that it will expire.If they also infirmed me that they still going to debit even after 2 years until i finish paying my car,i was never going to take it up.I need all my installments back and fie this insurance to be canceled.I never for the right information when i joined it and i never got help when i needed one.That's false selling and miselling
